In August 2019, The Omni Channel came on the scene with a community- centric  purpose.  Unlike most streaming  networks, The  Omni-Channel is a full-service radio station and plays a balanced blend of Classic R&B, Smooth Jazz, The Blues,  Steppin , HOUSE Gospel & Inspiration on one station. 

Moreover, The Omni-Channel not only empowered its Personalities by allowing them to program their own shows, the station also empowered its audience by naming each an Omni Ambassador, activating a self-appointed, never-ending growth pool.     

Today,  The  Omni-Channel  averages 4 Million streams a month to far outdistance its closest competitor, Sirius XM's Pandora. 

The Omni-Channel or Omni Channel Radio is owned by The Big O Networks, Inc., an Illinois Corporation. 

In December 2024, The Omni Channel became a registered trademark of The Big O Networks, Inc.  These intellectual property rights extend across TV, Broadcast Radio including Broadband, and Streaming/Internet. 

The Big  O Networks, Inc. is solely owned by Tracey V. Bell,   the  ONLY Black  & Woman-Owned Radio Station in Chicago.  With its monthly average stream amount, The Omni-Channel is the most consumed radio station in the world.  

The magic of The Omni-Channel is  fueled by its PEP formula:  a blend of PURPOSE, ENTERTAINMENT and PERSONALITY.  

While the PEP of its talent varies one from the other, the total strength of the team  is unmatched.
